1. About Us

The Wee Yoga Room (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides yoga classes in Scotland, UK. These Terms & Conditions apply to all class bookings, attendance, and use of our website, forms, and communications.

2. Bookings & Payment

Class spaces are limited and allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis once payment is received.
Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.
All prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations, Transfers & Refunds

All bookings are non‑refundable.
If you cannot attend, please contact us as soon as possible.
At our discretion, we may offer a transfer to another class if space is available. Transfers are not guaranteed.

4. Health, Safety & Participation (Important)

Yoga involves physical movement, and as with any exercise, there is a risk of injury. You participate at your own risk. By booking or attending a class, you confirm that:

You are fit and well enough to take part in yoga and physical exercise.
You will seek medical advice from a qualified professional (e.g., your GP) if you have any concerns, medical conditions, injuries, or are pregnant.
You will inform the teacher before class of any relevant conditions, injuries, or limitations, and update us if anything changes.
You will follow the teacher’s guidance and work within your own limits. If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort, you will stop immediately and inform the teacher.

5. Conduct

Please be respectful to teachers and other students. We may refuse entry or ask someone to leave if their behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.

6. Changes or Cancellations by Us

Occasionally we may need to change teachers, class times, or cancel a class. If we cancel, we will contact you and offer an alternative where possible.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in our classes, except where caused by our negligence or where liability cannot be excluded under Scottish law.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or submit false information.
